Girls Night Out

Hi!  This is just a reminder to contact PR if you are going to GNO.  Here is the info on it:



We are going to be having a Girls Night Out group starting in October. It is going to be so fun to chat and eat! PR is heading up this group. We are meeting at BJ’s in Arlington Highlands (off of 20 and Matlock), right by the frontage road next to PF Changs, on Friday, October 2nd at 7pm. You don't have to order dinner if you already ate, they have great desserts. They have really great pizzas that would be fun to share too. If you could email or call P to let her know that you are coming then she can make arrangements for our group.

The kids get to do several thing like pick out a pumpkin and decorate it, take a hay ride, bounce houses, petting zoo, and pony rides.  We can bring in a picnic lunch also.  The cost is $7 for kids and parents, children 1 1/2 and under are free.  Here is the website:

October 30th - Halloween Party
The kids can dress up and we will have a craft.

Playgroup- Rangers Ballpark

Oct 2- Meet at 9:45 at the Ranger’s Ballpark for Little Legend Story time. We are to meet at the muesum which is located on Randol Mill Rd. and BallPark Way. Park in parking lot B and take the crosswalk right to the front of the museum where you purchase the tickets. It starts at 10 and goes until about noon. They have story time, make crafts, play in the learning center and then go out to the ball park for an activity. Also we can bring a snack, no lunch, and the kids can eat it at home plate when we are done. Ages 3-5 cost $6 and 2 and under are free. Parents are also free.

Gift Card Drawing

We are going to be having our first drawing at the end of the week. I have not bought the gift cards yet so if there is something besides Sonic that you all are interested in then let me know.  Thanks!

Cooking Group

Please bring a favorite dish with copies of the recipe to pass around. 7:30pm on Thursday September 17th. We want to get your feedback as to what you want to learn and do with this group so bring some good ideas with you too and be prepared to have fun!
